Our stay was quite pleasant with a memorable barbeque dinner and stunning mountain views from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean, although the hallways had a bit of a cigarette smoke smell. Breakfast had decent options, but I missed a more robust coffee experience. Overall, it was a good value for the price we paid, though the outdated air conditioning could use some attention.

The barbeque dinner is a highlight, but some amenities, like the air conditioning and overall cleanliness, could use improvement. Additionally, the have to communicate in Spanish may pose a challenge for non-Spanish speakers.

The hotel serves as a decent base for exploring the beautiful region, with nice amenities like a pool and a restaurant, but some issues with the air conditioning and overall maintenance hold it back. The dinner, especially the barbeque, is a highlight that makes for a great dining experience. However, the cleanliness of some areas and the quality of the furniture could definitely use some attention.

Rooms
6.0
The room was quite large compared to others I've visited, but the furniture, like the chairs, seemed rickety, and the bathroom had a bit of an issue with the constantly running toilet.
Service

Service was certainly one of the stronger points; everyone I interacted with was attentive and accommodating, which helped offset some shortcomings elsewhere.
